Services Include:

 

Screening: Youths will be accepted into Intensive Outpatient Services if they have an alcohol or other drug abuse or dependency diagnosis and meet the criteria for Intensive Outpatient Services as determined by AOD Youth Protocol Levels of Care.


Outpatient Services: The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide a structured, intensive level of care for treatment of youths with substance abuse disorders. Individuals receive information, assistance, support and motivation that will allow them to maintain abstinence from alcohol and other drugs in individual and group sessions.

(IOP) Intensive Outpatient Services:
  • 12 week program
  • minimum of 9 hrs per week
  • services provided at least 3 to four 4 days per week
  • groups are gender specific
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3pm-6pm

Additional Services:

  • Individual/Group Counseling: Youths meet individually and as part of a group with a licensed treatment professional to receive assistance in achieving treatment goals and objectives through the exploration of alcohol and other drug problems.
  • Assessments: Our licensed treatment professionals provide individualized comprehensive assessments that deliver a complete clinical picture of an individual that can aid diagnosis and/or treatment planning in a culturally competent manner.
  • Case Management: a collaborative care coordination process of assessment, planning, and facilitation of services to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive health needs
  • Evidence-Based and Non-Traditional Curriculum: Our evidence-based programs or methods have been demonstrated through research to be effective. These curriculums include (Living in Balance: moving from a life of addiction to a life of recovery and Hierarchy of Recovery- Hazelton). The Non-Traditional programs are catered to empowering the individual in creating control over their recovery from addiction.
  • Early Recovery Skills: Teaches youths an essential set of skills for establishing abstinence from alcohol and other drugs.
  • Relapse Prevention: Youths receive assistance in coping with the issues of recovery and relapse avoidance.
  • Behavioral Health Services: Includes mental health, substance use, and more – is a key part of your overall well-being. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional.
  • Family Education Classes: Learn more about addiction, the effects of addiction on the family, friends, and social network of addicts. Participants would be required to have at least one support person to attend weekly family education sessions, with the option to engage in family therapy (Brief Strategic family therapy (BSFT))
  • Crisis Intervention: Immediate and short-term emergency response to mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral distress which help to minimize the potential for long-term trauma or distress
  • Telehealth: Involves the use of technology to deliver services to clients, removing the need to travel for care.
